A: YES. We use all methods of shipping, please specify on order.
Q: What is a set-up charge?
A: This is a fee for creating the plates for the custom imprinting. Does not include creating artwork.
Q: What if I have a problem with my order?

Q: What if I do not have artwork, or art needs adjusting?
A: We will need a clean, camera ready, vector image to begin printing. We can do that for you for a fee. Please email or fax layout and we will work up a quote.
Q: Can I e-mail you my art and what format will you accept?
A: ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS VERSION or earlier, EPS FILE FORMAT, fonts must be converted to outlines. Please call if you have questions. Email artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Can I have special font styles?
A: In most cases yes, we recommend submitting your font for approval.
Q: How can I find out what my total cost of the order will be?
A: When ordering online, the total dollar figure on your acknowledgement will be your final cost with the exception of any artwork charges or order adjustments during the processing of the order.
Q: What process of printing is used to place my imprint on the products?
A: Based on the individual product, you have the ability to choose between silkscreening, embroidery, debossing or engraving. Call toll free 1-877-250-5646 for any questions regarding imprint methods.
A: A percentage over or under on orders may be incurred for the quantity shipped. We try to produce the exact quantity ordered but it is not always possible due to the manufacturing process and fast running machines. We reserve the right to ship and bill or credit your credit card for up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity.
Q: Restocking fee:
A: There will be a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that is returned to inventory for any reason other than a misprint or damaged merchandise.
